01 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that using $LD and the Platform is lawful where you live. The Platform is not offered to residents of jurisdictions where digital assets are restricted or prohibited.

02 No financial advice

Nothing on the Platform is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. $LD is a utility token intended for use within the LOVEDAN ecosystem — not a security, share, or promise of profit. Prices are volatile and you may lose the entire value of your holdings. Always do your own research and consult a qualified professional before making any decision.

03 Non-custodial & wallet responsibility

LOVEDAN is a non-custodial, on-chain project. We never hold your funds, private keys, or seed phrase. You are fully responsible for the security of your wallet and credentials. Transactions on the blockchain are irreversible — we cannot recover, reverse, or refund any transfer.

04 Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• break any applicable law, regulation, or sanctions program;
• launder money, finance terrorism, or facilitate fraud;
• interfere with, attack, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform;
• manipulate markets or engage in deceptive trading practices.

05 Third-party services

The Platform links to third-party services such as DANDEX, DannyBridge, the Dannyscan explorer, DanChart, and external wallets. We do not control and are not responsible for these services, their content, or their availability. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

06 Intellectual property

The LOVEDAN name, logo, and site design are the property of the LOVEDAN project. You may not copy, imitate, or use them to suggest endorsement without written permission. Open-source components remain under their respective licenses.

07 No warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any token will hold or gain value.

08 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the LOVEDAN project and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss — including loss of funds, profits, or data — arising from your use of the Platform or the $LD token.

09 Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows the latest revision. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
